| 摘 要： | 锅炉压力容器是重要的海洋石油生产设施,使用环境和工作介质复杂,危险性大。基于安全和海洋环境保护方面的考虑,加强海洋石油开采用锅炉压力容器检验成为保障海洋石油安全生产的重要手段。分析了相关法规对海洋石油锅炉压力容器检验机构的资质要求,讨论了海洋石油锅炉压力容器检验适用的相关法规标准,并对相关的法规和标准提出了修改建议。
