中国基础设施建设走向国际的合同管理研究

随着全球经济一体化的发展和中国改革开放的不断深入,中国工程建设的水平不断提高,新时期对我国建筑企业提出了走向国际化的新的战略要求,而境外基础设施建设工程承包是走向国际化的一项重要内容。但是,在中国建筑企业走向国际化进行境外基础设施建设的过程中,由于合同管理水平不高,从合同的签订到实施均存在一系列问题。以某建筑公司在沙特建造的200所男校女校的工程项目为例,对境外基础设施建设中出现的合同管理问题进行了研究,并提出了对策建议。
