| 摘 要： | 以社会结构理论的视角,分析了建设工程社会行动者角色,以及行动者间的互动关系,解释分析了建设工程社会中的政府角色定位不清、参与主体地位不平等结构性问题。并针对性地提出了政府职能转变的方向:深化改革,合理分配资源,完善互动规则,建立健全各方利益表达机制等。
