| 摘 要： | 为提高县域经济发展水平评价的精确性,研究了县域经济评价的理论创新机制与体系构建,界定了县域经济评价理论创新的内涵与体系构建的特征,给出了基于理论创新的县域经济评价理论体系框架。在理论创新中,研究了县域经济评价理论创新的驱动力、模式与内容。在体系构建中,研究了基于理论创新的县域经济评价目标与定位、评价原则、评价理论依据与方法、评价的操作环节,为县域经济评价实践提供理论依据。
