| 摘 要： | 物流作为连接物资生产与需求的纽带，其有效的绩效衡量对企业资源的监督和合理配置是非常必要的。运用模糊数学中的模糊聚类法对物流绩效进行了分析，提出一套物流绩效衡量的指标体系，并阐述了运用模糊聚类方法的意义所在。
