| 摘 要： | 水生态修复工程已逐渐成为城市水生态环境治理的主要措施,而其有效实施有赖于河湖水网系统的形成。以水生态修复原理为基础,提出水网规划的目标在于水网与城市用地的共生共荣,其节点还应该拥有各自的特色,以实现水网空间的多样化,提高水网空间的活力。规划应对水网周边用地进行功能管制,建设生态斑块间的联系廊道,打造环湖路及滨河、滨渠路等,并提出建立水环境监测机制和应急机制的建议。
