| 摘 要： | 健康的生态及其经济运作,是人类健康生存和可持续发展的基础。核电的各种间接成本和风险成本,迄今都没有计入核电企业的生产成本,而是由国家、社会乃至全球人类分担了,致使电力行业感到发展核电站比较合算。日本福岛核电站泄漏事故,再一次警告全世界必须全面计算核电的各种成本,进行生态经济比较,决定取舍或合理布局。
