| 摘 要： | 通过论证和整理,找到现有技术条件下实现减少城市交通温室气体排放的方法和措施。减少城市交通温室气体排放最理想的办法是降低交通负荷,其次是用低碳出行方式代替小轿车出行,再次是使用低排放的汽车,其中关键是促使人们采用绿色出行。实践中应该多措施并举。列举了一些利用已有技术就可以实现的措施。
