地勘队伍企业化的目标模式及实施途径

自地勘队伍实施属地化管理以来，地勘经济持续快速发展，职工队伍结构显著优化，遗留问题基本得到解决，各项工作都取得了长足进展。然而，在主观和客观方面仍然有一系列深层次的问题未能解决。“十二五”时期是国有地勘队伍管理体制改革的攻坚阶段，当前的迫切任务是，明确地勘队伍改革的目标模式和实施途径；与此同时，政府部门还要为地勘队伍企业化提供一系列的支持政策。
