浅析企业技术人才的评价与应用

当今社会是知识经济时代,科学技术是第一生产力.承担着把科学技术转化为生产力重任的企业技术人才已越来越引起企业和社会的重视.一个企业只有一流的设备、一流的理念,而没有一流的企业技术人才,是生产不了一流产品,发展不成一流企业的.企业技术人才,特别是高级技术人才在企业中所占比重已引起越来越多的企业领导的重视.现今我国高技能人才的总数、结构还不能适应快速的经济发展,对企业技术人才的开发、评价、激励与应用还没有形成全社会范围内的系统体系.面对严峻的国际竞争形势,建立高素质的企业技术工人队伍是关乎企业命运和国家经济的战略性任务,也是我国企业必须面临与解决的紧迫性课题.为此,本文尝试对企业技术人才的评价以及应用等方面进行简要的探析.
