| 摘 要： | 随着当前我国经济形势出现的新变化,医院的属性也出现了相应的转变,由过去的单一的社会公益性转变成兼具社会公益性和市场性的双重属性.而医院的财务管理又是医院经济管理中的重要组成部分,但由于当前经济形势所发生的变化,使医院一直沿用的财务管理逐渐出现了一些问题,变得不再能适应新的形势.为了使医院的财务管理更好更完善,就需要对医院财务管理的现状进行研究探讨,在此基础上提出合理科学的解决对策.本文主要对医院财务管理的现状和对策的问题进行了探讨.
