槽形梁现浇模板支撑体系的设计及应用

摘    要:马隘河特大桥32 m槽形梁现浇施工时,采用碗扣式钢管搭设满堂支架,钢管柱作支墩、“工”字钢做纵横梁预留门洞的模板支撑系统.文章介绍了该项目整个支撑体系的构造设计、基底处理、结构受力检算及施工工艺要点,为类似工程的支撑系统设计与受力分析提供了有益参考.

Abstract:As the 32 m channel beam of Mayi River Bridge was constructed,it applied bowl-scaffold steel to build frames, uses steel pillars as buttress,and I character steel as the module supporting system of longitudinal and horizontal beam reservation door opening.The paper introduces the structural design,foundation processing,structural stress check and construction key points of this project s whole supporting system,for the reference of similar supporting system design and stress analysis.
