An Analysis of Status Quo and Features of Team Quality Construction of Highway Industry at the Grass Roots in New Era

At present,owing to the particularity of highway industry,the overall quality of its personnel at the basic level is low,the staff doesn’t equip with broad range of professional knowledge and lack of comprehensive social cognition.Based on the new requirements of highway industry in new era and the situation and the reflection upon the team building of the industry at the basic level,the paper systematically,analyzes the status quo and features of the team and factors influence the improvement of the team quality so that explores relevant countermeasures.
