| 摘 要： | 制定有效的知识转移战略是企业知识管理的核心内容之一，而对知识流的管理是知识转移战略中的重要组成部分。采用Petri网建立知识流模型，描述知识的流动，并且将该模型应用于福特公司的最佳经验复制系统（Best Practice Replication System，BPR），具体说明知识流模型对实施知识管理的支持作用。
