| 摘 要： | 金融监管是一个关系金融业和社会稳定发展的重要问题。本文通过对美国、英国、日本三国金融监管在机构设置、市场准入、风险控制、危机处理和存款保护等五个方面的比较,得出对我国金融监管的几点借鉴意见,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用,引发人们更多的思考。
