试论中小型零售企业的物流发展

现阶段，我国的零售业面临着加入WTO后的机遇和挑战。传统的中小型零售企业，面对国外零售业巨头的涌入和国内的大型零售连锁企业的扩张，要想在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存与发展，就必须改变落后的经营管理模式，大力发展现代化物流．本文结合中小型零售企业的特点，通过对其经营现状的分析，明确了现代化的物流配送是发展零售业物流的关键。论文主要对中小型零售企业的物流战略和管理做了探讨和研究，这些研究将有助于我国中小城市的中小型零售企业以物流发展来提高经济效益．降低运营成本，并朝着社会化物流的方向发展。

The Logistics Development in Medium and Small-sized Retail Enterprises

At present, domestic retail enterprises, especially medium and small-sized enterprises will face some chances and challenges from WTO, the inburst of foreign retailer and the expanding of domestic large chain retailer. If those enterprises want to develop in the fierce market competition, they must change the old-style management model, and develop the logistics economy. Combining with the characteristics of medium and small-sized enterprises, through the analysis of their living situation, this paper explains that it is the key for the enterprise to develop the retail logistics. This paper mainly researches into the logistics strategy and management in medium and small-sized retail enterprises. This research will be helpful for our domestic retailer to improve economic benefit, reduce the cost of operation by developing logistics.
