论公司治理文化的风险及对策

摘    要:公司治理文化的风险是企业在跨国经营中必须面对的实际问题,具体表现为沟通风险、种族优越风险、管理风险和商务惯例与禁忌风险等几种形式。公司治理文化的风险的根源在于不同文化之间的差异及其对企业的影响。企业应从行为、制度和观念三个层次去寻求公司治理文化风险的管理对策。

Abstract:Transnational corporations are confronted with risks in developing corporate governnace culture. The risks include communications risks, risks of racial discrimination, governance risks, trading practics and taboo risks. The risks of corporate governance culture are rooted in the difference between different cultures and the influence of the difference on enterprises. Enterprises should seek countermeasures in terms of behavior, system and perception.
