| 摘 要： | "反倾销"是国际贸易活动中保护本国产业的常见手段之一。目前中国持续大额顺差,人民币面临升值压力,国际贸易摩擦纷至沓来,"反倾销"被中国的贸易伙伴越来越频繁地使用。文章就中小民营企业如何正确评估和应对"反倾销"的影响进行了调查和分析。

| Abstract: | Anti-dumping is a common method to protect domestic industry in international business. Nowadays, international trade issues emerge with continual surplus of China and pressure of appreciation of RMB. Thus, anti-dumping is used more and more frequently by main trade partners. This essay investigated and analysed that small local enterprise how to evaluate and deal with anti-dumping. |
