中国传统农业社会中的土地所有权变动趋势

在中国传统农业社会中 ,完善的中央集权政体及其制度 ,能使统治者将经济管理的触角深入到社会经济生活的各个角落。但这一目标不能不通过其代理人来实现 ,而当代理人对经济资源拥有相当深度和广度的控制力 ,掌握部分决策权时 ,其必然利欲膨胀 ,产生追求自身利益最大化的行为 ,从而背离统治者的最初目标 ,并引发统治者与代理人之间对经济资源控制的矛盾。秦汉至唐间的土地所有权与土地制度的变动趋势 ,正是这种矛盾的反映。

Changing Treand of Land Ownership in Chinese Conventional Agricultural Society

In Chinese conventional agricultural society,perfect concentration of state power and system makes rulers' power of controlling economic resources spread all aspects of society.However,this target is realized by the rulers' agent.When the agent posseses the right of controlling economic resources,their desires persuing the benefit of themselve would become swell,which results in their persuing their largest interest and deviating the initial target and the conflict between th ruler and the agent conceming control of economic resources.Changing trend of Qing.Han and Tang Dynasty's Land system and Land ownership does show this situation.
