| Abstract: | The flood control planning of an urban area in Chongqing city is introduced .Its economic benefit , social and ecological environment effects are evaluated .This plan could be a useful reference for the flood control and water envi-ronment improvement of the Three Gorges Reservoir area and also the mountainous rivers . |
