中央银行独立性的再思考--从货币政策时间不一致性视角分析

近二十年里,一些国家进行银行制度改革以提高中央银行的独立性,中央银行的独立似乎成了中央银行制度改革的趋势。本文从货币政策时间不一致性角度,从理论和实证两方面分析中央银行独立的缘由,并阐释了如何正确认识中央银行的独立性问题。最后对我国中央银行独立性问题进行分析并提出对策建议。

Thinking on Central Bank Independence

In the past two decades, bank institutions have been reformed in some countries to improve central bank independence, which seems to be the tendency in bank institution reform. This article analyzes theoretically and empirically the reason for the independence of central bank from the viewpoint of time inconsistency of monetary policy, and demonstrates how to understand central bank independence. Finally, the issue of our country's central bank independence is analyzed and some advice has been put forward.
