| 摘 要： | 根据配送中心物料搬运的特点，提出了一种基于流量流向图的配送中心区域布置方法；针对配送中心的若干布置方案，引入基于作业次数的当量物流强度概念，建立了基于作业成本的配送中心方案评价模型；以某医药配送中心为例，对配送中心区域布置方法和评价模型进行了验证。
