| 摘 要： | 通过对四种公共产品的供给模式的考察,文章认为,传统的建立在西方的公共产品模式思想存在认识误区;考虑到西部的现状和我国经济发展的现实,笔者主张,实行政府主导下的多层复合的西部农村道路公共产品供给模式.

| Abstract: | By investigating into the four models of public goods supply,the author believed that there were some cognitive mistakes about the traditional viewpoint based on the west public goods model.Considering the present situation of the west China and the reality of China's economic development,he proposed to adopt the multi-level compounded model dominated by the government. |
