基于SWOT方法探讨翻坝长效机制下长江汽车滚装运输的发展

在三峡断航期作为缓解长江航运压力的应急翻坝措施目前已确定为长期转运方案,其中长江汽车滚装运输已经全部执行翻坝作业。通过记录三峡航运的现状,提出实施长期翻坝转运方案的必要性,并以SWOT方法来分析长期翻坝转运对长江汽车滚装运输未来发展可能产生的影响,进而提出可行的对策建议,促进长江沿岸汽车产业的运输发展。

On the Development of Roll-roll Transportation in Changjiang River Under the Mechanism of Permancent Dam Getting-over Transportation Based on SWOT Model

Temporary dam getting-over transportation which worked to ease the stress of the shipping in Changjiang River during the period of Three Gorges unnavigability,is identified as permanent dam getting-over program.Particularly,the rollroll transportation has completely performed the dam gettingover plan.This article analyses the necessity of the program of permanent dam getting-over transportation,explains how the program affect the development of roll-roll transportation for automobile by SWOT model and makes some feasible suggestions to prompt the development of automobile industry along the Changjiang River.
