| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析农村土地问题上存在的一些矛盾,揭示农村承包土地的两 重性：即农民承包的土地既有“成员权”的属性,又有承包权的属性。进而论证要进一步稳定土地承包关系并切实解决好土地问题上存在的矛盾,关键是要使两重属性分离。

| Abstract: | This article reveals the dual attributes of contracted land in country: namely that it takes on attributes not only of "membership" but also "contracting right" by analysing contradiction about land in country,then demonstrates the key is to make the dual attributes being apart so as to stabilize the relation of contracted land and to solve the contradictions about land. |
