| 摘 要： | 从20世纪80年代开始，先后有二十七个中央计划经济国家开始向市场经济转型。经济转型最终是否成功的决定因素是企业行为，即企业重构。实证研究发现，影响企业重构的因素有民营化、所有者类型、企业经理、软预算约束、产品市场竞争、制度等。本文对相关的研究进行了综述。

| Abstract: | More than twenty-seven countries have been transited from centrally planned economies to the market economies since the 1980s. As enterprises are the basis of market economy, enterprise restructuring is the key to the success of transition. It is found that factors including privatization, different types of ownerships, enterprise manager, soft budget, market competition and institutions can have impact on enterprise restructuring. |
