中国历代政府的产业政策与景德镇陶瓷特色产业集群

旧社会历代政府对陶瓷产业实行了自由放任的政策：在允许私营的同时，政府也举办了一些国营陶瓷事业（官窑）。但是，当陶瓷产业成为政府外汇收入的重要来源时，政府则采取了国家机会主义政策，直接举办国营瓷场——官窑．在历代中央政府的强力扶持之下，景德镇陶瓷特色产业集群很快形成并迅速发展壮大，在很长时间里成为中国甚至世界陶瓷研究、开发、生产、销售的中心，甚至在很大程度上代表了中国的国家形象。

A study on all previous Chinese government industrial policy and Jingdezhen ceramics characteristic industry colony

All previous Chinese government in the old society implemented the laissez-faire policy for the ceramic industry. In the same time of permitting private operation, the government also held some state-operated ceramic enterprise （official ware）. But, when the ceramic industry became the important source in the government foreign exchange earnings, the government adopted the country opportunism policy which established directly the state-operated porcelain field-official ware. Under all previous dynasties central authorities＇ force support, the Jingdezhen ceramics characteristic industry colony formed very quickly and grew strong rapidly which became a center of Chinese even world in ceramics research, development, and production or sale for a long time, and even represented China＇s national image.
