| 摘 要： | 当前我国农业正处于由传统农业向现代农业转变的起步关键时期，现代农业制度建设明显滞后，农业制度对现代农业发展的约束明显。文章总结了现代农业建设的制度约束的具体表现，论述了现代农业建设制度创新六个方面的内容。

| Abstract: | The agriculture in our country is the on the key period which is transferring from traditional to modern. It is evident that the construction of modern agricultural system is lagging behind and the agricultural system is restricting the development of modern agriculture. This paper summarizes the restricted representations of modern agricultural construction and discusses the contents in six aspects of modern agricultural construction of system innovation. |
