EXW Trade Term and the Avoidance of Risks in Specialized Markets Exporting Trade

In the past several years, with the development of internationalization of specialized markets, the export increased greatly, and foreign trade operation risks occurred frequently. This paper believes that the characteristics of specialized markets exporting trade have the characters of EXW trade term. In order to avoid the risks in specialized markets exporting trade, it's greatly important for us to recognize the character of EXW contract, standardize the exporting contract of specialized markets and take some specialized measures.
