Problems and Countermeasures of Supermarket's Violent Liquidation |

| Abstract: | Supermarket, as a new form of retailing, reflects a trend of consumption, and brings about the reform of the business management mode as well. During supermarket's development, such problems as bankruptcy and suppliers' taking goods' back by force have tremendous side effects on the stability and order of market economy. These are problems worthy of research. |
