摘    要:合同确定承包工程项目的价格(成本)、工期和质量等目标,规定着合同双方责权利关系。合同管理工作贯穿于建筑工程可行性研究、初步设计、详细设计、招投标、项目施工、项目竣工验收和后评估等的全过程,而招投标阶段合同管理起着承上启下的作用。作为一个有经验的国际承包商,必须十分重视招投标阶段的合同管理工作。

Hydropower construction management international bidding
Abstract:Contract stipulates cost,construction period and quality of the contracted project.It also definitely clarifies duties and obligations between two parties.The contract management impenetrates the whole process of the project,including feasibility research,primary design,detailed design,tender,bidding,construction,completion and acceptance,post-evaluation,while contract management during tendering and bidding period serves as a connecting link between the preceding and the following.So as an experienced international contractor should attach great importance to contract management during tendering and bidding period.
