| 摘 要： | 提单是信用证结算方式下主要单据之一，提单日期是提单重要记载事项。在国际结算中存在提单日期同信用证规定装运日期不符的现象，也存在提单日期同实际装运日期不符现象。文章从国际结算和国际运输相关法律角度对上述问题进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Bill of lading is one of the key documents to settle accounts by letter of credit, and the date of B/L is an important recorded item. In the practice of international settlement exists a discrepancy between the date of B/L and the date of shipment specified by L/C, and also a discrepancy between the date of B/L and actual date of shipment. This article discusses the problems mentioned above according to laws of international settlement and international transportation. |
