Application of Black Swan Concept to Building Risk Management System of Supply Chain

With the development trends of lean production and globalization of supply chain,more and more unexpected but influential black swan events are bringing tremendous negative impacts on supply chains.Based on the summarization of the black swan concept,this article discussed a risk management system of supply chain founded on the black swan concept from the aspects of risk consciousness,risk identification,risk assessment and risk decision,in order to provide suggestions for risk managers to counterpunch black swan events effectively.
