| 摘 要： | 地方高师院校在战略转型过程中必然意味着教师教育的组织结构选择，在实现其战略转型过程中必须在现代大学背景下去理解教师教育的转型综合性，研究型大学的战略转型，需要设计教师教育战略转型的制度，尤其是实现教师教育战略转型的组织结构安排。由于传统地方高院校的组织结构是以基础教育阶段的学科课程来设计的。因此，在转型中这种组织结构无法适应现代大学的需要。所以，客观上需要建有专业的组织结构以实现地方高师院校转型中的教师教育功能。
