Practice and Opinions on the Construction of QHSE Management System

According to the working condition in oilfields, an explanation is given to the importance of integration of quality management system and SHE management system. Then the analysis concentrates on the feasibility of integration and optimization of both systems. Based on the above discussion and analysis, methods and approaches to establishing QHSE management system are put forward, together with the presentation of some problems, which should be paid much attention to in the procedure of building up QHSE management system. Finally, an introduction is offered to the effect of implementing QHSE management system in Gudong production plant Of Shengli Oilfields.
