中日东海油气田合作开发与“东亚能源共同体”的建设

随着中日关系的改善,中日两国确立了东海划界前的临时安排,东海合作开发进入实质性阶段,从而深化了中日能源合作的发展,推动了东亚能源共同体的建设。但是,相对于以煤钢联营进行经济、能源合作,最终建立起包括政治、经济、安全合作等在内的欧洲共同体,东亚能源共同体的最终实现还将有很长的道路。在这个过程中,中日能源战略合作是重中之重。
