| 摘 要： | 2008年,中共中央、国务院出台了《关于全面推进集体林权制度改革的意见》。为了解《意见》的贯彻落实及金融配套服务情况,笔者对全国第一个外向型林业改革试验区—贺州市林业产业发展、林权制度改革、金融支持、存在问题等进行了全面深入的调查分析,并提出了针对性政策建议。

| Abstract: | In 2008, opinions on comprehensively promoting the reform of collective forest property system was promulgated.To understand implemention of the opinions and coordinated financial support services,the author made a comprehensive analysis and in-depth investigation of the development situation of forestry industry,reform of forest property system,financial support and problems in Hezhou,and put forword some revelent policy proposals. |
