| 摘 要： | 在简要总结中国大陆外资房地产业现状特征的基础上,分析了中国加入WTO后金融政策调整与外资加快进入房地产业之间的互动关系;重点研究了中国房地产业应对外资挑战的政策措施;提出了加快体制改革和资产重组、提高中介服务水平、在建筑设计和物业管理方面与外资合作以及培养房地产人才等政策建议。

A Study of Policies of Chinese Real Estate Industry to Meet the Challenge of Foreign Inverstment |

| Abstract: | Based on a simple review of the current characteristics of Chinese foreign real estate, this paper analyzes the interactive relationship. After China's entry into the WTO, between the adjustment of financial policy and foreign investment in Chinese real estate industry; Emphatically it researches the policy measures of Chinese real estate industry to meet foreign capital challenges. It brings up many policy suggestions such as Chinese real estate enterprises should quickly reform their system, reorganize their property, increase the service level of agency, co - operate with foreign capital on building design and material manage, train the real estate talented persons and so on. |
