| 摘 要： | 中国发展的新环境影响,以及民营中小企业在特殊的体制环境下创业和成长起来所带来的产权制度、组织制度、治理机制及管理制度等方面的一些先天性的制度缺陷。本文于是对民营中小企业的制度特征、制度缺陷进行分析,提出了对于民营中小企业制度创新的一些措施。随着市场经济的建立和完善,民营中小企业要从家族式企业发展成为现代型企业,制度创新起着决定性的作用。
