| 摘 要： | 钢铁产业是一国的基础支柱产业,中国钢铁产量在世界上最大,但国际竞争力却处于较低水平。实证分析发现,增加研发投入对中国钢铁行业国际竞争力具有明显的正向效应。因此,国家应加大对钢铁行业的研发扶持力度,科学地制定钢铁行业组织规范,实行动态、有效的产业政策和贸易政策。

| Abstract: | Iron and steel industry is the pillar industry in one country.China has the largest iron and steel output,but its international competitiveness is very low.The empirical analysis shows that increment in research and development invest has positive effect on the international competitiveness of iron and steel industry.We should enlarge the supportment on the research and development of the iron and steel industry,formulate the organization regulation of iron and steel industry and carry out the dynamic and efficient industry policy and trade policy. |
