Knowledge-Sharing in the Development of ECS Innovative Products

In today's knowledge-based global competitive environment,here is a growing supplier involvement and knowledge sharing in the process to developing new products,which has attracted growing attention from many researchers and practitioners.In this paper we examine one European Electronics Company's supplier network for two new products,based on a small set of interviews;this provides insight into how this large company manages knowledge sharing in innovation processes.We focus on knowledge sharing between this company and its suppliers and important is sues in collaboration.Some suggestions for improvement complete this paper.
