| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定潮安胶囊中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。方法采用Kromasil-C18柱（4．0mm×150mm,5μm），乙腈-水-磷酸（80：20：0．5）为流动相，流速0、8mLmin^-1，检测波长为208nm，柱温2℃．结果齐墩果酸在1．124～5．620μg的范围内线性良好，回归方程为：Y=381943×X＋1651（r=0.9999），平均回收率100．39％，RSD为1．10％．结论该法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于本制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of oleanolic acid in Chaoan capsules Methods A Kromasil- C18 Colulnn （4.6mm × 150mm,5μm）was used with the mobile phase being aceto-nitrile-water- phosphatc（80：21：0.5）.tlow rate being 0.8 ml.min^-1 ,determinating wavelength being 208 nm,the column temperature being 25℃, Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.124 - 5.620 μg for oleanolic acid （r=0.9999）,and the regression equation being Y=381943 × X＋1651.The average recovery was 10079%,with RSD of 1.10%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible for quality control of Chaoan capsules. |
