| 摘 要： | 两汉时期,江、淮地区的陂塘水利对农业进步及生态环境改善产生了良好作用。筑堤蓄水,改变了降水及山川溪水的时空分布,可防洪防涝,保障农田灌溉用水,又能发展水产养殖;陂塘工程还改善了当地的人居环境,从而在一定程度上消除了这里暑湿卑下、疾疫多发而带来的不良社会影响。汉代陂塘水利及其产生的环境效益奠定了后世江淮流域农业发展的基础。

| Abstract: | Flourishing pond irrigation works had a positive effect on the development of agriculture as well as the improvement of ecological environment in Jianghuai Region in the West and East Han Dynasties.Pond irrigation works changed the temporal and geographical distribution of precipitation.As a result,pond irrigation works prevented flood and drought,ensured water supply for agriculture and introduced aquiculture.In addition,hot and wet climate was noticably changed and epidemic disease was eliminated.Eventually,Jiangnan Region was made a ideal place for living at that time.The development of pond irrigation works and its environmental effects laid a solid foundation for the future development of agriculture in Jianghuai Region. |
