| Abstract: | The western civilian enterprises have a lot of inner shortages.They are general lack of long-term strtegy,seriously patriarchal management,irrational distribution of human resources,lack of reasonable encouragement and constraint system.difficult financing and shortage of innovation.The foundmental way to solve the above problems are to change the idea and adjust the structure of owners' equity. |
