| 摘 要： | 自主创新是一个国家的核心竞争力的集中表现。提高自主创新能力是巩固国家安全、促进社会进步、增进人民福利的迫切要求。目前我国在自主创新能力还不强,为提高自主创新能力,本文提出了十项对策。
