改革开放二十多年来,我国人民生活水平不断提高,国民经济持续快速发展,但由于普遍采用传统的工业经济发展模式.经济的高增长主要靠高投入、高排放来维持,导致付出的资源环境代价过大,可持续发展正成为日益紧迫的问题.循环经济发展模式是一种新的发展理念,也是一种新的经济增长方式和污染治理的模式.推进循环经济的主要障碍有两点,一是价格因素,二是成本障碍.现阶段促进循环经济发展的主要对策是完善相关政策法规、构建全面的绿色经济指标体系和依靠科技力量发挥后发优势.

The Way to the Sustainable Development--Cyclic Economy

20 years passed of the reform and opening to the outside world,Chinese living standards and national economy have increased a lot.lncreased econom holds by highly input and highly output because of the traditional economy development.Therefore,huge costs of environmental resources become a big problem of the sustainable development.The cyclic economy is a new development idea,which is a way to increase the economy and manage the pollutlon.The main obstacle of the cyclic economy development is the price and the cost.Now the mainly idea to improve the cyclic economy is to consummate relative policies and laws,build greening economy index standard system,and relies on the scientific improvement.
