The Impact of Global Financial Crisis on China's Small & Medium-Sized Enterprises and Their Corresponding Strategies

The global financial crisis has profound influence on the development of China＇s small ＆ medium-sized enterprises. This paper considers that this crisis caused a sharp shrink in order, production scale and a remarkable decrease in profit in small ＆ medium-sized enterprises. The key to address the negative impact and to overcome the difficulties lies in the efforts and innovations on enterprises own. Simultaneously, the government should also play its part by offering support. Only with the exertion of both sides can the survival and development of small ＆ medium-sized enterprises be realized.
