论失地农民社会保障制度的构建

失地农民社会保障问题伴随着城镇化的发展而日渐突出,并成为社会关注和政策讨论的焦点,一旦处理不好,容易激化社会矛盾。本文在解析失地农民利益流失及其原因的现实基础上,运用经济学理论分析了失地农民社会保障制度的供给与需求,根据政府财力和失地农民数量等客观条件,探讨了失地农民社会保障制度的构建,并提出了相应的政策建议。

On Construction of Social Security System for Land-Lost Farmers

With the development of urbanization, the social security problem for land-lost farmers becomes a focus of social concern and policy discussions. If it is not properly handled, it easily stimulates social contradictions. This article analyzes the lost interests of land-lost farmers and its reasons. It also applies economic analysis to their demands and supplies of social security for land-lost farmers. According to financial and objective conditions and the number of land-lost farmers, this article probes into the construction of social security system and puts forward some policy recommendations.
