| 摘 要： | 结合哈尔滨地铁的建设,采用WBS-RBS法对高风险的地铁施工阶段进行风险辨识,对地铁施工过程中的风险因素进行分解并将其危害量化。结合已有资料以及专家判断对风险因素进行排序,分清主次风险,按风险的危险等级对危险因素进行相对的防御,确保地铁优质优量的完成。

| Abstract: | Combined with the construction of Harbin subway,WBS-RBS method is used for risk identification in subway construction stage with high-risk.With the method,risk factors during subway construction are decomposed and the harm is quantified.Then risk factors are sorted with existing data and experts' judgments to prioritize risks.Defenses for risk factors are made according to risk levels to ensure the completion of subway with high-quality and high quantity. |
