| Abstract: | To further perfect the supervision and managerment of the state-owned assets and the state-owned enterprises,promote the normal operation of enterprise corporate governance,give full play the board role to the important decisions in the company development,rise the decision-making scientific,democratic and efficiency,these are the improtant countermeasures to perfect the governance structure of the state-owned enterprises with Chinese charact-eristics. |
